• "Ticket" refers to any form of authorized entry to our premises, whether physical or electronic, including day passes, annual passes, group bookings, and special event tickets.

Admission and Tickets

Ticket Purchase and Validity

All tickets purchased are subject to the following conditions:

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or transferred to another person.
• Tickets must be presented at the entrance gate to gain admission.
• We reserve the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of facility closure due to circumstances within our control.
• In case of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the operation of certain attractions, no refunds will be issued, but we may offer alternative visit dates at our discretion.
• Refunds for tickets purchased through third-party vendors or partners must be requested through the original point of purchase.
• Reservation changes or date modifications may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Right of Admission and Refusal

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry to any person for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Request that any visitor leave the premises if they breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior that may cause discomfort or risk to other guests or staff.

Rules and Regulations

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on our premises:

• Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances
• Glass containers
• Outside food and beverages (except baby food and special dietary requirements)
• Professional photography or recording equipment (without prior authorization)
• Pets or animals (except certified service animals)

We reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry for security purposes.

Photography and Video Recording

By entering our premises, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may take photographs, videos, or other recordings of visitors for security, promotional, or commercial purposes.
• Personal photography and video recording for non-commercial use are permitted, but photography of other guests without their consent is discouraged.

Attraction Safety

For your safety and the safety of others:

• You must follow all loading and unloading procedures as instructed by staff.
• You must secure all loose items, including jewelry, glasses, and electronic devices, before using attractions.
• You must not enter restricted areas or attempt to bypass safety systems or queue lines.

Medical Conditions and Disabilities

Visitors with certain medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility limitations:

• Should consult with their physician before using water attractions.
• Must inform our staff if they require special assistance.
• Should be aware that not all attractions may be suitable for individuals with certain conditions.

Health Emergencies
